Information you share
When you contact ARONIA, we receive the name, email address, company, and business context you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess whether our services are relevant, and arrange or manage conversations with you.
Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential client materials in website inquiries.
Meeting bookings
Contact and booking links open Calendly, where you can choose an available meeting time and provide booking details. Calendly processes information under its own privacy notice. This website does not collect inquiries through a contact form.
Hosting and analytics
This website is prepared for hosting on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information, such as IP addresses, as part of providing and securing its hosting service. ARONIA does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website.
How long we keep inquiries
Our policy is to retain inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. If a conversation becomes an active business relationship, we retain relevant records for that relationship and applicable business or legal requirements. Service providers may have their own retention practices.
